Congratulations to our boy's golf team for placing 2nd at the 2024 NIAA 2A East League Boys Golf Championship tournament at the Dayton Valley Golf Course. They will be headed to state golf on May 14-15 at the Ruby View Golf Course in Elko. Congratulations Lars, Tucker, Jesse, Truman, and coaches Mike Speir and Cameron Huff!

Teach of the Year 2024 Congratulations to Mr. DON NOORDA Teacher of the Year recipients are nominated by their school administration teams for their exceptional dedication and teaching skills. WHS agriculture education students and FFA members (and some NDOW employees) packaged their last crop of sagebrush seedlings to be planted in the Wildcat Fire area later this week. 9,000 seedlings were grown in the school's greenhouse and will be planted for the habitat and forage to benefit local wildlife.
